Issue of Shares

Alpha Prospects Plc, the investment management company focussed on companies with fast growth and/or recovery prospects, is pleased to inform shareholders that following a Placing the Company has issued a total of 640,000 New Ordinary Shares at 2.5p each. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Alpha now has a total of 322,222,569 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 322,222,569 Ordinary Shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company
