Issue of Shares

Alpha Prospects Limited, the investment management company focussed on companies with fast growth and/or recovery prospects, has issued a total of 218,181 New Ordinary Shares @ 5.5 pence per share. In addition, a further 925,000 warrants have been exercised. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Following this issue Alpha now has a total of 337,531,222 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 337,531,222 Ordinary Shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
