Warrant Issue Update and Exercise Period Extension
Alpha Prospects Plc, the investment management company focussed on companies with fast growth and/or recovery prospects, is pleased to announce that a further 2,105,000 warrants have been exercised, raising £21,050.
Due to ongoing demand and improving prospects the Alpha Board has extended the warrant period to 31st December 2016
The total number of shares in issue is now 328,121,944.
