Active Energy Group Plc has increased its shareholding in Alpha Prospects Limited from 13,772,095 to 15,149,304 shares. This represents a 4.3% holding in the Ordinary Capital of the Company.

Alpha now has a total of 355,159,786 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 355,159,786 Ordinary Shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
