Investment in Redford Day, LLC – issue of equity
Alpha Prospects Limited, the UK investment company, announces that the Company has agreed to acquire a stake in Redford Day LLC, a US investment company.
The parties have agreed that Alpha will subscribe for an ownership interest in Redford Day, LLC and the subscription price to be paid by Alpha will be the sum of US$500,000 (£384,615) to be satisfied by the issue of 6,993,006 new Alpha Ordinary Shares in the capital of Alpha at a price of 5.5 pence per share. Following the transaction Alpha Prospects will have approximately a 1.64% holding in Redford Day, LLC and Redford Day, LLC will hold approximately 1.92% of Alpha Prospects issued share capital.

Following this issue Alpha now has a total of 363,764,846 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 363,764,846 Ordinary Shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
