ACE Distributing – New East Coast Distributor for ABK Beer and Bogart Spirits
Alpha Prospects Limited, the investment management company focussed on companies with fast growth and/or recovery prospects, is pleased to inform shareholders of an announcement issued by its investee company ROK Stars PLC, the text of which follows:
“ROK Stars, the consumer products and environmental technologies development company founded by John Paul DeJoria and Jonathan Kendrick, have announced its ROK Drinks division has signed an agreement with ACE Distributing to distribute Bogart Spirits and ABK Beer.
Ace Distributing is a wholesaler of liquor, wine and specialty drinks servicing licensed retailers, restaurants, and clubs in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
As the distribution of ABK and Bogart’s expands throughout the US, new beer styles and packaging have been added to the ABK portfolio, including Schwarz Black Lager and Edel, Hell and Pilsner on draft in recyclable kegs. These new offerings have joined the ABK flagship beer styles of Hell, Edel & Rose in bottled four packs and six packs.
ABK Beer, brewed in the historic 700 year old brewery in Kaufbeuren, Germany, are amongst the most decorated beers in the history of brewing, earning multiple gold medals from the World Beer Cup and The European Beer Star Awards.
Bogart Spirits are produced at the ROK Distillery in California, which has recently been upgraded to meet consumer demand. In addition to Gin and Vodka, ROK Drinks will be adding Rum and Whiskey to the Bogart Spirits portfolio.
