Potential £20m investment offer under discussion

Alpha Prospects Limited, the investment management company focussed on companies with fast growth and/or recovery prospects, is pleased to announce that it has received an outline investment proposal, subject to conditions – including an exhaustive due diligence process, for a significant capital investment into the Company of £20 million.

This indicative offer has been received from a Jersey based technology fund.

Alpha Prospects has entered into discussions with the potential investor’s representatives, over the terms and conditions associated with the proposal. Amongst which, is a proposal for Alpha Prospects Limited to establish a new subsidiary and to then transfer the relevant assets of the Company into that subsidiary.

The Board undertakes that it will seek shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting prior to this action being taken.
