Alpha Prospects Limited, the investment management company focussed on companies with fast growth and/or recovery prospects, announces that it has issued a total of 554,545 shares at 5.5p, taking the total in issue to 386,130,397. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Following this issue Alpha has a total of 386,130,397 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 386,130,397 Ordinary Shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
