Alpha Prospects Limited, the investment management company focussed on companies with fast growth and/or recovery prospects, announces that it has issued a total of 728,570 shares at 7p. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

The Company also announces that a further 447,730 warrants have been exercised.  This takes the number of warrants exercised to 14,179,110.

Following this issue Alpha has a total of 389,927,935 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 389,927,935 Ordinary Shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
