Issue of Shares

Alpha Prospects Limited, the investment management company focussed on companies with fast growth and/or recovery prospects, announces that it has issued a total of 199,088 shares at 5.5p. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

The Company also announces that a further 763,070 warrants have been exercised. This takes the number of warrants exercised to 13,731,380.

Following this issue Alpha has a total of 388,603,905 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 388,603,905 Ordinary Shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
