Alpha Prospects Ltd, the investment management company focussed on investments in ESG projects, is pleased to inform shareholders it has established a Thailand Company, Plasmoid Power Co. Ltd

The business goal of the new company is to commercialise the MSAART technology that was awarded by the Strike Foundation Guarantee Limited (Strike Foundation) to Alpha Prospects as announced on 17 July 2023.

The paid up capital of the new company will be 44.5 Million Baht (£1.0 million) and the Directors are to be Christopher Foster and Kevin Baker.

The company has already identified two areas for particular focus.

Thailand has nine power stations that are either coal, oil or gas fired. The Thai government is focussed on meeting it’s CO2 reduction commitments and the MSAART technology provides an ideal mechanism to do this, as well as reducing fuel consumption.

A second target market will be the cement manufacturing industry which would benefit from reduced CO2 emissions and is also energy intensive.

In addition to the revenue stream from this new Thailand venture, Alpha Prospects will also participate in the royalty revenue stream derived through its investments in the Strike Foundation and Strike Energy as the MSAART technology is introduced elsewhere around the world.
