Alpha Prospects Ltd, the investment management company focussed on companies with fast growth prospects, is pleased to inform shareholders it has been awarded a 10% stake in Strike Foundation Guarantee Limited (Strike Foundation). Strike Foundation holds the IP to all the MSAART technologies. 

In May 2023 Alpha also signed an agreement with Strike Energy Inc, a US based company, to transfer its licencing interests in the MSAART technology in exchange for 15% of the issued capital of Strike Energy.  Strike Energy has significant commercial and licencing interests in the USA and Asia and holds the exclusive licence to the broader MSAART technology in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan, South Korea and Australia. 

The investment in Strike Foundation and Strike Energy will form one of the main pillars of growth for Alpha Prospects as the MSAART technology is deployed around the globe.  Strike Energy have an experienced management team, a global reach and strong financial backing to enable a rapid and successful roll out of the technology in the automotive, power generation, chimneys, marine and metals industries.
